​BLACKBOARD LEARNING SYSTEM AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
IGlobal University has an Internet based educational platform, the Blackboard Learning Management System (https://www.coursesites.com) for use by faculty and Distance Education students. A Blackboard Learning Management System use and Technical Support Fee of $25.00 may be charged to Distance Education students each Term at the time of registration. Distance Education students with technical issues associated with the use of their computer or accessing the educational platform Blackboard Learning Management System can contact Technical Support at techsupport@iglobal.edu for personal assistance.



​ONLINE ORIENTATION
Prior to the start of a Term, all Distance Education enrolled students will receive Online Orientation information that include instructions to attend a Blackboard Basic Training and access the Blackboard educational platform, know ways to communicate with the assigned Student Faculty Advisor (SFA), technical support, etc. The online Orientation is also available to the SFA so that instructional contact with Distance Education students can be achieved prior to the beginning of a course to provide students with course objectives, expectations and coursework completion requirements.
