IGlobal University does not provide housing on campus but can provide assistance to students who are looking for housing near the campus location in Annandale, Virginia.  This section provides an overview of the various housing available in the area.

 

ROOM SHARE

This housing arrangement is sharing a multi-bedroom unit with one or more roomates and the homes are generally owned by an individual.  The student will have his or her personal room with access to common area such as kitchen, living room, bathroom, etc.  Some room share arrangements will have dedicated bathroom for the student. Furniture in the bedroom will vary by each home and in certain cases, furnitures are included as part of the rent. 
 

• Estimated cost for one bedroom: $500~$900 per month, including all utilities

• Application deadline: 1 month before move-in date

 

APARTMENTS

Apartments are multi-unit homes ranging from a studio to four bedrooms and usually manged by a management company.  Apartments do not come furnished but sometimes available from a third party rental company for additional fee. 

 

• Estimated cost for one bedroom: One bed / 1 bath / living room / kitchen for $1,200~ $1,500 per month, including all utilities

• Lease policy: Must contract for 6 months to 1 year with a two month security deposit

• Application deadline: 2 months before move-in date
